| 3 x Quality Puncture Protective Tyres
Upgrade your pushchair with a set of 3 x Schwalbe City Jet tyres with Built in Puncture Protection replaces the standard 12 1/2 x 2 1/4 for the Land Rover/Pegasus pushchairs and will fit many other makes also.
Low rolling resistance tyre profile - easier to push ! like a narrow tyre but with the better suspension qualities of a wider tyre.
Can be fitted to pushchairs with wheels which currently have a 12 1/2" x 1.75 x 2 1/4" tyre fitted (e.g. Phil & Teds) provided there is enough clearance from the frame as this tyre is 1/2" fatter when inflated.
Note. Tyre Size confusion explained
Most normal quality tyres are known by their size when un-inflated rather than the size when inflated. Good quality tyres are known by their size when inflated. So a normal pushchair tyre known as 12 ½" x 2 ¼" only measures about 12" x 2" when inflated. These Schwalde tyres measure 12 x 2" when inflated so they call them 12" x 1.95"
Although the tyres provide good levels of puncture protection in the main body of the tread they do not guarantee that you will not get any punctures. For real 'belt & braces' puncture protection tick the box below to add Heavy Duty Thorn Resistant Inner Tubes

Nominally the same size as the tyres fitted onto Phil & Teds pushchairs BUT when inflated may be slightly larger in diameter and therefore not work on models with mudguards.
